BiosWork accepts private pay (ACH, check or credit card) to support people with disabilities in Oklahoma and Tennessee. Eligibility for is determined solely by BiosWork, based on our determined capacity to meet the needs requested and your ability to pay for the service.

Service Contracts

BiosWork develops a service contract describing the agreed upon services. Contracts are renewed every six months or as needed if service needs or schedule changes. Private pay packages are designed individually.

Invoices

Private pay services are invoiced on the 15th and 30th of each month. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Call us to schedule a free consultation.
